Working With God is the second release from the 1983 iteration of the band, which features Buzz Osborne, Dale Crover and original drummer Mike Dillard. The trio’s previous release was the 2013 album, Tres Cabrones. Melvins are one of the most important alternative rock bands of the past 30 years. Contemporaries of Nirvana, Mudhoney etc. Buzz Osbourne is an old high school friend of Kurt Cobain’s and the two played together in Cobain’s first band, Fecal Matter.
