PriceHunter is a price comparison service. We do not sell, ship, or fulfil any products. When you click through to a retailer from PriceHunter, your purchase is made directly with that retailer.

Returns and Refunds

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled directly by the retailer you purchased from. Each retailer has their own returns policy — please contact the retailer directly for assistance with any order issues.

Your Consumer Rights

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you have the right to a remedy from the retailer. For more information, visit the Consumer Protection NZ website.
