We will arrange a return courier for your convenience. Kindly note the following: • Account-Locked Devices: Devices that are Apple iCloud or Google locked cannot be accepted. We will notify you if the device is locked. If it remains locked after five business days, it will be returned to you • Device Preparation: Ensure your device is factory reset, powered off, and the IMEI matches the original one shipped.
