BAD LIEUTENANT While investigating a young nun's rape, a corrupt New York City police detective, with a serious drug and gambling addiction, tries to change his ways and find forgiveness and redemption. THE YOUNG AMERICANS Scotland Yard calls in American agent John Harris from the Drug Enforcement Agency to help nip a budding illegal drug cartel in London. With the assistance of British policeman Edward Foster, Harris slowly descends into a crime-filled world in which street kids are used as pawns in a much bigger game involving international gangsters. DANGEROUS GAME Although he's an experimental director, nothing can compare Eddie Israel for what occurs on the set of his new film about abusive marriage. But more horrified than the scripted violence is the fact that the brutality begins to seep off the set and into real life. HOLY SMOKE Returning from a trip to India, Ruth's parents take action. Under the spell of a charismatic guru, they hire a cult deprogrammer. The pair soon clash in a psychosexual tug-of-war.
